Tickets
$15 presale, $20 door
There will be food, chai, sweets and other drinks available on the night.

Anabelle Kay is a 20 year old singer/songwriter from the Central Coast of NSW.
Though only young, the delicate songstress makes enchanting country/folk music that belies her years.
Her self-titled debut EP is a seven track exploration and celebration of Anabelle ‘s musical journey to date.
It’s a combination of gorgeous country and beautiful folk, with delightful acoustic and electric guitars, strings and banjos strewn throughout.
The highlight is Anabelle’s signature voice, which so beautifully conveys the myriad of emotions prevalent in her lyrics.

Supporting Annabelle is Brad Noble, an innovative acoustic guitarist. Though only one man with one guitar, you would swear that he was an entire band due to his innovative and extremely unique talent.

Annual Report - 2010 PDF Print E-mail

Introduction

Once again I take great pleasure in stating that Brackets & Jam Central Coast Inc. has had a good year with positive outcomes for the Central Coast community as well as for the organisation. It has not been a smooth ride with a high level of administration being required to support the continuous increase in activity undertaken in the past year including the cessation of our Newcastle activities, the interest shown in replicating Brackets in Victoria and the highest yet level of activity in other community events across the region.

Get on-board the B&J Trailer Stage Project PDF Print E-mail

img_4234B&J are about to kick off another exciting project to put together a portable stage set up that can be used at outside events.

The project involves converting an existing old car trailer into a fully functional event stage set up. Once built the stage will be able to be towed and easily erected by two people to provide a stage approximately 4m x 7.2m wide, complete with cover. The stage will then be yet another asset we can provide to support local outside events, along with our sound and lighting equipment.

If you are an engineering or metal-working type and would like to get involved in this exciting project, we are currently putting together a team to get this idea moving. Just email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and let us know what you are able to contribute (eg skills, materials etc.)

A Brackets Poem PDF Print E-mail

Those of us who attended the June event on Kincumber Mountain would have been lucky enough to hear some beautiful poetry from local poet Suzie Palmer. Suzie has given us permission to publish her tribute to Brackets and Jam...enjoy.

On the peak of Island View Drive
Moonlit evenings come alive
At Brackets and Jam
Kincumber Mountain is a hive
Of colourful action

Bursting with talent
Dynamic beats
Our hearts are a haven
Where rhythm and drum
Under starry skies
Fills our senses, the bush is alive

With loving vibrations from you and I
Generating pulsations, a natural high
Ignites our passions, lets love fly
Celebrates the Central Coast Community
